A true story sure to inspire you. After the death of his father King George V and the abdication of King Edward VIII, Bertie who has suffered from sad speech impediment all his life, is suddenly crowned King George VI of England. With England on the brink of war his wife sets up a meeting for him to meet with a eccentric speech therapist, Lionel Logue. Even though they had a rough start the two end up having an unbreakeable bond together. With the help of everyone the king overcome his stammering problem and give the speech of a lifetime.
